I am a designer, developer and artist living in Richmond, Virginia with my wife Jenna and daughters Cana and Mia.
I am the founder and chief principal of eddit Incorporated, a studio that focuses on UI design and consulting for web, desktop and mobile applications. I've had the good fortune of working with companies like Apple, Disney, iHome, Marriott, National Geographic, Time Magazine and USPS. I occasionally speak at local conferences and user-groups in the Richmond design community, and previously taught interaction design at the VCU BrandCenter graduate program.
Background
I studied illustration and design at Virginia Commonwealth University and developed eddit as a personal design exploratory ("eddit" was my nickname is college). Directly after college I became a partner in a small Richmond design studio called Roundtable where I served as Creative Director of the interactive department. In 2002 I decided to break out on my own and incorporated "eddit".
On a Personal Note
When not behind my macbook pro I thoroughly enjoy playing paintball, fishing with my daughter Cana and going on surf/camping trips to Nags Head, North Carolina. I fancy myself an amateur photographer (which mostly means that I bought a DSLR) with my Nikon D40, trying my best to learn the craft.
